About Strategy and Governance
Strategy and Governance strengthens the governance framework of the Authority including relationships and partnerships with other government agencies and external bodies to ensure value for money to deliver customer outcomes.
We develop and participate in a range of plans and strategies to inform decision making for the Authority and the sector.
About the role
The Graduate Officer role will sit within the Strategy and Governance division and will be accountable for assisting the delivery of projects and policy advice. Key responsibilities include research, data collection and analysis, and preparation of reports and briefings. The role is also responsible for timely and effective administrative support services.
The role will involve undertaking a formal qualification as part of the position (Certificate IV in Government).
Skilling SA Project
The successful candidate will be involved in undertaking a nationally recognised qualification under a Contract of Training as part of the Skilling SA Public Sector Project.
To be eligible to apply for this role, applicants must have attained a university qualification within the last three years or will attain one before their employment commences.
Role Status
Short term contract up to 12 months
More than 1 position available
Special Conditions
Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Law and Business, Social Sciences and Humanities, Psychology or STEM is essential.
Remuneration
$55,315 - $59,503
