Our clients currently have a unique career and lifestyle opportunity for an experienced agronomist on the beautiful South Coast of Western Australia. Servicing a large area of the South Coast leads to a choice of where to base yourself including proximity to amazing beaches and friendly communities.

We are seeking a driven, likeminded individual to provide agronomic advice to their growing client base with potential equity and profit share options available for the right candidate.

This family owned business operates under the National Rural Independents (NRI) banner. They are an established yet growing business providing farm inputs and specialty advice to primary producers.
Priding themselves on offering a unique service to suit the local producers needs whilst striving to maintain a friendly working environment and a sense of family among their workforces.

About the role
  • Provide onsite agronomic and technical advice to your client base assisting growers to improve crop health, productivity, and profitability.
  • Develop and uphold professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate trial work providing insight and knowledge for product development and nutritional practices in conjunction with key suppliers.
  • Prerequisites
  • Undergraduate degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in an agronomy role
  • Strong communication, networking, and social skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and show initiative.
