A bit about the role
A Rural Officer in our Forbes and Orange team will manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers. The role will be domiciled in Forbes, however will support the broader Forbes and Orange team, so some travel may be required. In this permanent full-time role, your primary responsibilities include:
Maintain relationships with local referral sources (accountants, solicitors and consultants)
Complete annual credit reviews
Undertake financial analysis
Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts
Foster an environment of continuous improvement
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in a related discipline and completion of training to provide general advice on deposits in line with ASIC RG146. You will also have experience in an agribusiness banking environment or similar role. How else do people describe you?
