Job Description: Based on the south-easterly edge of the WA wheat belt and just outside the town of Ongerup lies our client's well established family owned and operated property comprising of 5,500 hectares under crop and 2,500 head of sheep. This progressive and modern enterprise has a position opening for a Permanent Farm Hand to join their team. Being involved in all aspects of crop production, the Farm Hand will be required to work unsupervised at times and alongside the owners effectively. General property and machinery maintenance, servicing and repairs and fencing will be required in addition to sheep work when necessary. A knowledge of agricultural machinery operating and maintenance and the ability to bring new skills to the enterprise will be very advantageous. A HR licence is preferred. Our client runs very modern, brand new Case machinery along with clean, tidy and organised workshop facilities.

While experience in a similar role is desirable, training is available if you are hardworking, have common sense and good communication skills.
