Wudinna District Council Municipal Employee Plant Operator (Maintenance/Construction Worker) Contract Position available until 30 June 2022 Wudinna District Council are seeking an enthusiastic and professional person for the position of Plant Operator (Maintenance/Construction Worker). The successful applicant's responsibilities with the outside workforce will involve road construction and maintenance, predominantly operating our front end loader. Working a 76 hour fortnight over 4 days per week, the successful applicant will enjoy a range of benefits including drivers licence allowance, annual leave, sick leave and access to a Corporate Health program. Applicants must be physically fit, hold a minimum HC class drivers licence and be able to provide evidence of competency in operating a front end loader. Experience operating construction machinery will be highly regarded. Salary and Conditions: Salary will be in accordance with Council's AWU Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and the Local Government Employees Award - Grade 7 ($58,537.44 - $59,818.36 per annum). The potential for future contract extension is available for the right candidate.
