We are enthusiastically looking for highly driven individuals who love the amazing outdoors with exceptional management and people skills to lead our teams.

These Field Coordinator positions are based in Ballan where we provide best practice land management and conservation services to a growing client base across Western Victoria.

Two positions are available - one is an ongoing vacancy, the other is a six-month maternity leave cover contract (also with the potential for ongoing work).

You’d describe yourself as:

• Being keen to take on responsibility with authority,
• Someone with persuasive communication skills
• Expediting action,
• Strong work ethic, and
• Quick to respond to problems.

You will need to be a great communicator, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team.
