Fish Health And Welfare Manager

Reporting to the COO our Fish Health and Welfare Manager leads our fish health team, and they will be also be a key member of our aquaculture leadership team who are turning our plans for growth offshore into a reality.
Ideally you will have proven experience in salmon farming, modern fish farming practices, environmental compliance and well-developed leadership and team member engagement skills. Your key accountabilities will include fish conditioning monitoring, fish pathogen screening, biofouling and plankton monitoring and environmental monitoring, as well as bio security.
A recognised veterinary qualification is not required but experience in working alongside qualified animal health specialists is a prerequisite. Candidates with wider agriculture and precision farming experience will also be considered.
